Due to the immediate delivery and consumable format of our programs and offers, we do not provide warranties or accept returns beyond the terms specifically outlined in this policy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS

All digital sales are final. Because our products—such as trainings, templates, and programs—are delivered instantly or involve downloadable content, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment has been processed. This policy applies to one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, and payment plans.

If you are enrolled in a subscription-based program, you may cancel future billing by submitting a written request to [email protected] at least 72 hours before your next billing date. After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for past payments.

WORKSHOPS, LIVE TRAININGS & EVENTS

Payments made for any live event, virtual workshop, or training session—whether in-person or online—are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, we will provide replays or digital access when available. Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

COACHING & CONCIERGE SERVICES

Due to the personalised and high-touch nature of our coaching, mentorship, and done-for-you services, all fees are non-refundable. We are committed to honouring the terms outlined in your purchase agreement. Timelines and deliverables are dependent upon your responsiveness and collaboration throughout the process.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (BOOKS, MERCHANDISE etc.)

If physical products are offered and shipped directly by Angie Marie Global, they are inspected for quality prior to dispatch. In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]

Upon verification, a replacement will be issued for eligible items. Refunds are not offered on physical product purchases.
