AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, memberships, and content provided by Two to Six Pty Ltd, trading as Angie Marie Global (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This includes, but is not limited to, digital programs, live or recorded workshops, memberships, coaching sessions, courses, events, and any branded materials offered through angiemarie.org or associated platforms. By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms in full.

INDIVIDUAL USE ONLY

All digital content, trainings, and resources are for individual use only. You may not share, copy, distribute, resell, modify, record, or broadcast any materials without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in the immediate termination of access without a refund and potential legal action. Program access is non-transferable and exclusively available to the original purchaser.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & ACCESS

Programs and services may be offered as monthly, annual, or lifetime access. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing based on the payment plan selected at checkout. Lifetime access will only begin once full payment is received. If you are on a payment plan, access will commence after the final payment is successfully processed. Missed or failed payments may result in immediate loss of access.

RENEWALS & CANCELLATIONS

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle. All cancellation requests must be emailed to

and are not considered complete until you receive written confirmation from our team. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. All sales are final.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Active members have access to course materials, replays, live sessions, digital downloads, and private community features (such as Facebook groups) as specified in the program. Access to these resources will be revoked if a subscription is canceled or payment fails. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or remove community access or bonus content at any time.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring your billing and contact details remain accurate. Angie Marie Global is not liable for service interruptions resulting from user error, platform incompatibility, or third-party service outages. Temporary delays due to system maintenance or technical upgrades do not qualify for refunds.

DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

In order to process registrations and deliver services, we collect personal information such as your name, email, and payment details. Your data is stored securely and will never be sold or shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how your information is handled.

AFFILIATE TERMS

If you participate in an affiliate or referral program associated with Angie Marie Global, commissions are only paid on qualified referrals. Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the system may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program. We reserve the right to modify commission structures or program requirements at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, coaching materials, templates, and written documents, are the intellectual property of Angie Suthers and Angie Marie Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of our materials beyond your own personal educational use without written permission.

BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally in all Angie Marie Global communities, trainings, and events. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs or platforms, without refund, for violations of these behavioural expectations.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

While we share real results and success stories from past clients, Angie Marie Global makes no guarantees of income, business growth, or personal results. Outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, niche, consistency, and ability to implement. We disclaim liability for any financial or personal losses resulting from the use of our services.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at

If the issue is not resolved through informal communication, disputes will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and settled through binding arbitration, not litigation.
