This Code of Conduct applies to all clients, community members, participants, subscribers, and users engaging with Angie Suthers, trading as Angie Marie Global (“Company”), across all programs, platforms, workshops, coaching sessions, digital communities, and live or recorded events. By enrolling in or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to uphold the standards outlined below. Our mission is to cultivate a bold, safe, empowering space for personal and professional growth. We reserve the right to remove any individual who violates these guidelines, without refund.

RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM

We expect all participants to treat each other with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all times. Any form of disruptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior—including bullying, hate speech, spamming, or toxic conduct—will not be tolerated in any space, including live calls, private groups, chats, or direct messages.

CONFIDENTIALITY & TRUST

What happens inside our communities stays inside. We require strict confidentiality to protect the personal experiences and breakthroughs shared by members. You may not record, screenshot, copy, or share any content—including stories, comments, or breakthroughs—without explicit permission. Breaching confidentiality is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from all programs and platforms.

INTEGRITY & AUTHENTICITY

Show up as your authentic self and operate with integrity. Do not impersonate others, use false information to gain access, or share your login or program materials with non-paying individuals. Unauthorized sharing of program content, coaching tools, or community resources violates our terms and will result in access being revoked.

POSITIVE ENERGY & CONTRIBUTION

This is a space for growth, encouragement, and aligned conversations. We welcome questions and diverse perspectives—but all dialogue must be respectful. If you disagree with something, do so constructively. Negativity, hostility, or repeated complaining disrupts the energy of the space and will not be permitted.

NO HARASSMENT OR UNSOLICITED PROMOTION

You may not use any Angie Marie Global platform to pitch your business, promote products, or solicit coaching clients. Direct messaging members without consent, promoting outside offers, or spamming the community in any form is strictly prohibited unless written permission has been granted by the Company.

PARTICIPATION & ACCOUNTABILITY

Our programs are intentionally structured for transformation. You are expected to attend sessions, complete assigned modules, and participate in alignment with the program guidelines. This structure exists to help you succeed—and to respect the energy of the community.

OWNERSHIP OF YOUR RESULTS

By participating in any Angie Marie Global space, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in temporary restrictions, permanent removal from communities, or bans from future offerings. No refunds will be granted to individuals removed due to a breach of this policy.
